Virtual Guided Forest Therapy Walk
Virtual forest therapy walks are open to the public and can be done from your backyard, your local park, or even from the comfort of your own home. Walks are hosted through Zoom and are great for folks who are unable to leave their home or those with a busy schedule. Virtual walks are 1.5 hours and groups are capped at 15 participants.

Please arrive and check-in 10 minutes prior to the start of the program. The group will meet at the Sumner street entrance of Pope’s Pond in Milton.
