“The forest therapy walk is an immersive experience that is both personable and community based. It is a great way to build a connection with the land and beings around you. As someone who constantly gets stuck in their head, I found this extremely beneficial to bring myself back to a present state of mind. It is also a great way to increase your awareness and to appreciate the unseen beauty that is already there and present. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to slow down and build a deeper connection of self, with others, and the Earth.”

— Tyler Eastman

“I would say if you feel like you are needing to check in with yourself and reconnect with the world around you, then forest therapy is guaranteed to get you there. If you want to slow down and escape the erratic fast pace of life then definitely make the time to do this, you will not regret it!”

— Julie Donoghue

“Theresa is delightful and passionate about her connection with nature. She confidently walked our group through the forest bathing experience, clear in her directions and gentle in gathering us back together to share if we chose. I felt no pressure or discomfort. I felt supported and used the exercises to connect within and around me. She shares her connection with nature, honors ancestry, energy and adds in her experience with herbal lore. It was a wonderful, reviving experience and I would do it again.”
